These alpine boots are lightweight and can be fitted with semi-one-touch crampons, making them suitable for three seasons of traverse mountaineering. The upper is made of high-strength ripstop fabric that can withstand wear on rocky ridges and trails. The waterproof membrane is made of "FUTURELIGHT", a nano-film waterproof and breathable material developed exclusively by THE NORTH FACE, which is made by spraying nano-level polyurethane fibers in micro units to form a sheet. The shoe holes, which affect the fit, are made of webbing tape that holds them in place, and the ankle part is made of locking eyelets, reducing the loosening of the fit when walking for long periods of time. The sole is made of Vibram's LITEBASE MONT compound rubber, which is both lightweight and wear-resistant. Although the sole material is thin and lightweight, it has wear resistance comparable to that of heavy mountaineering boots. In addition, the footbed is equipped with a glass fiber shank plate, which improves stability when walking while achieving both lightness and rigidity.
